Mentor Resources (“we” or “us”) is committed to protecting your personal information while using and interacting with our Mentor Resources websites “Web site, Program Web sites” collectively the Web sites”.  Mentor Resources created this Privacy Policy which explains what personal information Mentor Resources collects about you, the purposes for which it uses and shares this information and how we safeguard that information.  This Privacy Policy applies to Web sites and services that are owned and operated by Mentor Resources and are subject to the Mentor Resources Terms of Use. By using our Web sites or providing any personal information to our Web site, you are agreeing to the collection and use of information in the manner described in this Privacy Policy.

While you can access most areas of our Web sites without submitting any personal data, there are certain areas of our Web sites such as free trial requests and webinar registrations that request specific personal information including name, phone number, and e-mail address.

Data Collection Overview.

  1. Your Personal Information:  If you choose to receive company or product information, you will need to complete our online request forms. The online forms provide site visitors with an opportunity to request product downloads and demos, view Mentor Resources white papers, register for free Mentor Resources online webinars, and enroll for various services. These forms require your name, company name, e-mail address, company address, phone number as well as other information to help us determine and respond to your needs related to the products and/or services requested. All information provided by the visitor is voluntary. We use this information to send updates about our company and our products and to contact you if requested or necessary. We also use the demographic information you provide on these forms in connection with studies and reports regarding our Web site, such as Web site usage patterns, in order to better understand the needs of visitors to our Web site. We will not, however, associate any personally identifiable information which you provide with the information in these studies and reports.

Safe Harbor:   In furtherance of our commitment to protect your personal information, if you are a customer of Mentor Resources,  Mentor Resources adheres to the Safe Harbor privacy principles  and frequently asked questions, as applicable,  administered by the United States Department of Commerce which can be found at and  as agreed to by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the European Commission, with respect to personal data transferred from countries in the European Economic Area (EEA) to the United States by you as part of your Customer Data Information, as that term is defined in the Mentor Resources Master Services Subscription License  Agreement

Mentor Resources’ obligation to adhere  to such privacy principles may be limited to the extent it is required to meet a legal, governmental, national security or public interest.   

  1. Log Information: When you use the Websites, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a web site. These server logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser. This information is only used for internal purposes to help us improve our Web site and better understand our visitors' needs.
  2. Cookies: When you use the Web site, we send one or more cookies - a small file containing a string of characters - to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser.   3. Links: Mentor Resources may present links in a format that enables us to keep track of whether these links have been followed. We use this information to improve the quality of our advertising.  We control how that data may and may not be used.  However, we do not exercise control over the links from within our various services, or other sites that may place their own cookies or other files on your computer, collect data or solicit personal information from you.

E-mail Addresses

We do not collect e-mail addresses without the Web site visitor voluntarily providing us with this information (typically via our online information request form, whitepaper request form, and other Web site forms and surveys). We will periodically use your e-mail information to process your inquiries, respond to your request and improve our services.

Notification of Privacy Policy Changes

Mentor Resources may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. If Mentor Resources decides to make material changes in the way we use your personal information, we will post the changes on this page so that you will always know what information we collect, how it is used, and when and how it will be disclosed. Your use of the Mentor Resources Web sites following notice of such change will be deemed acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy, which may include application of the new policy to information provided prior to the date of such change.
