I had the privilege of talking to Dale Thomas Vaughan, aka Mr. Mentoring. Dale has spent a decade leading men's workshops for males looking to go from adrift to purposeful. He is founder of the EmpowerMentorship Institute.
Dale strongly believes that mentoring can have an incredible impact in helping men achieve purpose. His feeling is that men are missing mentors and he helps them ask and answer the right questions in the quest to find meaningful mentors.
