How is the Match Made?
Based on a proven compatibility survey, our sophisticated marching algorithm offers mentees a choice of qualified mentors that suit their needs. Typical match categories focus on functional areas of interest, skills and competencies, and personal values, to name a few.

The interface is clean and user friendly. You add your logo and personalize your message to participants.
Participants login to access registration and their control panel to add mentoring notes, access training or view selected content.
What tools are available to the participants?
Participants have access to mentoring information, participant guides, goal setting worksheets, progress evaluations, booklists and SkillBuilder™ Guides. SkillBuilder™ Guides are designed to coach new mentors, help the mentees develop critical competencies and direct partnership discussions. You determine when participants receive information and what is distributed. Our configurable templates allow you to use our materials or create your own.
