WisdomShare™
What it is
WisdomShare™ is a fully configurable, web-based software tool that manages organizational mentoring programs at the touch of a mouse. It includes the two most important factors for success: matching and content. Its expert matching system maximizes partnership results through high levels of compatibility.
Who benefits most
Organizations that need to launch, scale, centralize or globalize their mentoring initiative quickly to ensure success. Partners are paired within the organization.
Many organizations lack the necessary resources and/or understanding to properly launch a mentoring program. Often the result is participants who are de-motivated rather than energized. WisdomShare incorporates all best practices in an easy-to-use electronic format for guaranteed success.
How it works
You configure your WisdomShare site to your organizational look and feel. With our guidance, you personalize your match categories, content and communication templates and invite mentors to register.
Mentees self-select their mentor by using our at-a-glance compatibility ranking system. Content is “pushed” to participant email boxes on a periodic basis. Administrative tools support your effort. Based on years of experience, WisdomShare incorporates all that you’ll need to launch your mentoring program.
Matches
Partners are matched on 14 dimensions to ensure compatibility. Registration takes ten minutes for mentors and 15 for mentees. In addition, mentees spend time in advance to set their mentoring goals.

External, Cross-Industry Mentoring
What it is
A year-long external mentoring experience for high-potential male and female managers in which mentees are partnered with external mentors for broadened industry perspective

Mentor Resources’ staff partner top-talent mentees with mentors in varying industries and positions outside your company. Matches are hand-selected for compatibility and skill requirements to answer individual needs.
